These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of moneyables.com and any content, features, and newsletters we offer (together, the “Site”), operated by Moneyables (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Copy, scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site using bots, spiders, or other automated means, except for search engines indexing the Site in line with our robots.txt file;
• Use any content from the Site to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model without our prior written consent;
• Generate, or attempt to generate, fraudulent, automated, or invalid ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise interfere with the advertising on the Site;

6. Comments and submissions

If you post a comment or send us a message, suggestion, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display it in connection with the Site. You represent that you own or have the right to share what you submit. We may moderate, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Please do not post personal financial information, such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords, in comments or messages.

7. Third-party links, advertising, and offers

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONEYABLES AND ITS OWNERS, EDITORS, WRITERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, DATA, OR INVESTMENTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moneyables and its owners, editors, writers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and, where state law applies, the laws of the state in which Moneyables’s operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@moneyables.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. General terms

• Changes and access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
